Dylan Holcomb

What an amazing day it was to meet this handsome bartender! Not only is he phenomenal at creating craft cocktails, but his knowledge of spirits blew me away.

Here is a little more about him:

Bartending for over 15 years, Dylan Holcomb handles training and cocktail development as the head bartender for Beatrice & Woodsley, as well as Double Daughters in Denver, Colorado. For the past 10 years he has traveled the U.S. developing and refining many techniques of his craft. He has experience ranging from high-volume nightclubs on Bourbon Street, New Orleans, to head bartending in a nationally recognized, classic cocktail program in Washington, D.C., to opening bars and restaurants in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In Fall 2014, Dylan became the House Mixologist for HOTMIXOLOGY on the Fusion Network where he creates original craft cocktails for each episode and discusses emerging brands on the market. Since moving to Denver, his creations have been featured multiple times in the Westword and he has been traveling the country creating cocktails and working exciting events from Los Angeles to Miami to Las Vegas. When he’s not traveling he helps train other restaurant’s staff members on the fundamentals of spirits and has worked with multiple spirit companies to come up with original cocktails. Dylan has a home bar and personal cocktail lab consisting of over 300 bottles of premium spirits where he continues to create and develop new and exciting concoctions.
