Watermelon Smoothie

This smoothie is summer in a glass! It’s so refreshing during whenever temperatures soar, and it’s perfect for summertime activities, and even more perfect if you add a little something extra. Ingredients 9 cups watermelon pieces, seedless 12 ounces of frozen strawberries ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice optional sweetener if your fruit isn't perfectly ripe, and a splash of your favorite vodka Instructions Place the watermelon pieces (and vodka if desired) into a blender and blend until smooth.Add the strawberries and lemon juice and blend again until smooth.Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 1 day. This smoothie tastes best right away, but it will be almost as good refrigerated for up to one day.
